outdated hotel missed cups
The hotel seemed a bit outdated. i noticed wear and tear in the room. It seemed like it needed some updates. also, housekeeping didn't always do a thorough job. they missed cleaning used cups and glasses, disappointing.

Excellent Central Stay
friendly staff early check-in clean room pillow detail
The staff were very friendly. They texted me when my room was ready because I arrived early for check in. I appreciated their thoughtfulness. The room was bright and airy and spotlessly clean. The butterflies on the pillows were a nice touch. I loved them.
The outdoor pavement to the hotel is uneven, a bit challenging with bulky luggage.

The staff helped with facilities advice and locations of restaurants. They were also helpful with transport options and money exchange matters. Cleaning staff was polite. They replenished supplies every day and cleaned the room very well.

uneven surface local power point
The staff had a good command of english, which REALLY helped.
The outdoor pavement was narrow, AND it had uneven surfaces, tough with luggage. The hotel did not provide a local power point socket. I HAD to buy one.

clean room friendly staff great location
The location had many restaurants nearby. That was very convenient. the room was spacious and clean, great for comfortable relaxation. i was happy to get an early check-in from the friendly front staff.
the air conditioning system felt a bit old.

Fantastic Stay!
attentive staff amazing location central heart
The staff were very attentive and helpful. Ami and other staff were the best. The location is amazing and close to the AirPort Express and IFC. Plus, it is right in the heart of Central.
The outdoor pavement is uneven near the hotel and has some uphills and downhills.

The room was very clean and spacious with good lighting. The pillows and blankets were nice and the room included a dehumidifier and air purifier. The air conditioning and water pressure worked perfectly.

The location is super convenient. It is very close to the Central MTR station via escalator. Everything you need is nearby including eateries massage laundry and 7-Eleven.

The reception staff are friendly and accommodating. Staff helped with directions and mailing a postcard. Some staff members are Annie Karen Anna John Usama and Shawn.

The hotel provides a Wi-Fi sharing device that works well. The hotel offered extra USB-C chargers for all our devices. The reception area is well equipped with everything a traveler might need.
